There is a big difference between "I'll be a better manager" and "I'll try to be a better manager." While we can fall short of our goals that we set, we should never intend to fall short at the outset. I think this is what dear Yoda was referring to when he uttered these words in the movie I saw 16 times with my boyfriend in the movie theater when I was 14 years old-and unknowingly began the process of my perpetual free-fall for Harrison Ford that gains momentum with every year I put between now and then. ~tb
